Who is April Wong?
Somehow the name "April Wong" has become associated with several of my email addresses. She gets email almost every day, and sometimes several times each day.
It started around 2005, and the email volume has been increasing. I have no idea how she got created, or became enmeshed with my existence. I have never used the name to communicate or make a purchase. Our only connection, as far as I know, is that I was born in April.
Google shows about 15,000 links to "April Wong" and there are about 200 April Wongs listed on Facebook.
Alas, I am not any of them.
I have created this blog for two purposes: (1) To point out the stupidity and waste of spammers, and (2) To provide a convenient place for real April Wongs to pick up their mail.
